Why you resist change.
How the little girl inside of you holds you back and what to do about it.
To be who your soul wants you to be.
How to identify Depression, Forgiveness, Anger, Anxiety, Co-Dependency, Low Self-Esteem, Guilt, Shame, Grief, Attention Deficit Disorder, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Moral Injury, and other issues that may be impacting you.
How to heal spiritually and how your spirituality can help you heal emotionally.
To love and accept yourself despite your life traumas or what you have been programmed to think.
You will read stories about how others have overcome their issues and perform exercises that will guide you in your quest to live your life to the fullest extent possible. After reading this book, you will be empowered to move boldly toward who you want to (and were meant) to be. You will learn the difference between religion and spirituality. You will also learn how your life will be different when you listen more to yourself and less to others.

Upon reading this book, you will learn to appreciate who you are regardless of your circumstances, past and present. You will learn how to find gifts that are buried deep within your soul.
Your book is a wonderful gift to women! A culmination of all your experience put into print. It is concise. It relates only pertinent information on how to gain the fullest measure of life possible.
This book should be used as a life skill teaching tool in that class. It should also be required reading for all psychology majors.
It is an aid to the growth of a woman and a help to a man to learn to understand and love his woman. So in turn she will respect him and they develop virtuous characters together. Guilt and regret free.
Ephesians Chapter 5, Verse 33 says “Nevertheless each one of you should love his wife as he does himself; on the other hand, the wife should have a deep respect for her husband”. We are made in God’s image according to Genesis Chapter 1, Verse 26. God has standards, gifts, and goals and so should we! In allowing others to violate these standards and boundaries we disrespect them and ourselves.
Psalm 19:7 “Making the inexperienced one wise”
Provers 22:3 “the inexperienced keep right on going and suffer the consequences.”
If you only save one mother, sister, wife or daughter with your book it would still be a success!
